Today, a delegation led by the vice president of Zhoushan Hongye visited the project construction site of Zhoushan Huafeng Shipbuilding and Repairing Co., Ltd. to conduct an on-site inspection of the implementation and operation of our self-developed intelligent plastering robot project. The purpose of this inspection was to gain an in-depth understanding of the practical application effects of intelligent construction equipment in large-scale industrial plant construction through firsthand observation and technical exchanges.  

 

At the project site, trainees from Hongye Group who participated in our specialized training provided a detailed live operation demonstration for the vice president and his delegation. During the demonstration, the operator showcased the plastering robot's two modes: manual and automatic. In manual mode, the operator precisely controlled the robot's movement trajectory, demonstrating the equipment's high flexibility and operability. In automatic mode, the robot relied on advanced path-planning algorithms to efficiently and evenly complete wall plastering, earning unanimous recognition from the inspection team for its exceptional stability and construction quality.  

 

Subsequently, the vice president inquired in detail about the core working principles, construction efficiency, and advantages of the plastering robot compared to traditional manual labor. The on-site technical team provided professional answers to the technical details raised by the delegation, further deepening the client's understanding of our intelligent construction technology.  

 

To comprehensively assess the maturity of the supporting construction system, the vice president also engaged in in-depth discussions with specialized mortar mixing technicians from Weijian's headquarters who were dispatched to the site for support. Both sides exchanged views on key topics such as standardized mixing ratios for plastering materials, the stability of the pumping system, and process adaptability under different construction environments, jointly exploring ways to further optimize construction processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.  

 

This inspection not only served as a comprehensive review of our plastering robot's technological capabilities and implementation results but also represented an important opportunity to deepen the cooperative relationship between both parties. Moving forward, we will continue to uphold the philosophy of driving development through technological innovation, constantly improving product performance and service support systems.
